At Prime Kitchens, our relationship with you doesn’t end when the installation is complete. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and materials, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction for years to come.
Our Commitment to Quality
To demonstrate our confidence in the durability and function of our products, we offer a free-of-cost warranty for a period of 3 months following the date of installation. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues related to the installation of our kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, and doors.
What is Covered?
During the 3-month warranty period, we will address and rectify, free of charge, any issues that arise from:
Manufacturing Defects: Problems with materials or constructions that were present at the time of delivery.
Installation issues: Any problems related to the fitting or mounting of the cabinetry, doors, or wardrobes.
Hardware Malfunction: If any soft-close hinges, drawer sliders, or other hardware we provided fail to function correctly.
